Hybrid Delivery Driver

We are currently seeking a Hybrid Delivery Driver willing to join our team in a full-time capacity.

This position would be a hybrid between jobsite deliveries and a warehouse associate.

Main responsibilities for driver include loading and unloading materials from warehouse to delivery truck to construction sites in Northern VA and WV.

Warehouse Associates assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, staging orders for delivery. Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins

$17-$22 Per Hour
$1,200 Sign-On Bonus!
Delivery driving days: 6AM-2:30PM (30min lunch)
Warehouse days: 7:30AM-4PM (30min lunch)

Backhoe Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced backhoe operator willing to join our team in a full-time capacity in the Fredericksburg area.

Operate company-owned machinery from Mini Excavators, Backhoes, and Skid Steers. Utilize company truck for transportation to and from jobsites.

Main responsibilities include digging sewer and water laterals for single family, townhome, and condominium new construction homes.

Plumbing Foremen

We are currently seeking experienced Plumbing Foreman that are willing to join our team in a full time capacity.

For Residential applications, install groundwork waste lines and incoming water service. Rough-In waste/vent with cpvc or pex waterline and gas pipe. Complete the final phase with the installation of plumbing fixtures. The Foreman may be responsible for a crew of at least one plumber.

Service Technician

Our team is seeking a residential install and service plumber with at least five years’ experience, to join Capital Mechanical’s service division. We are looking for a team player who communicates well with other team members and with our customers. The candidate must possess values consistent with Capital Mechanical’s core values: Quality, Innovation, Trust.

Responsibilities include: repair of new construction plumbing installations and fixtures, camera/snake sewers, repair hot water heaters, etc. There is also an opportunity to learn Water Treatment Systems.
